Budi is an experienced litigation lawyer which has more than 20 years of practicing lawyer in Indonesia.
He started his career in Sagala & Partners Law Office that provided legal advises and representations at Indonesian court for foreign company (mostly from Japan).
To broaden his experience, Budi joined a-long time Sagala & Partners clients’, Japan Airlines (JAL) as an in-house counsel. Further, Budi joined one of the biggest mining company in Indonesia and handled commercial legal matters, land disputes, including company’s commercial litigation works.
As an experienced in-house counsel, Budi supervised the appointed external lawyer to represent the company at Indonesian court and provide day to day advises to the directors / management of the company in operating the business in Indonesia. After pursuing his career in company, Budi then joined Ferry Firman Nurwahyu & Partners until his last position as senior partner in litigation.
Currently Budi share his experiences at DRNP Advocates by leading the criminal litigation tasks.
Budi is licensed to practice before the court throughout the Indonesia jurisdiction.

Academic Qualifications:
Sarjana Hukum / S.H. (Bachelor of Law) – equivalent to LLB, University of Trisakti, Jakarta.
